At Pennyhut, our customers are our livelihood.
We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible once you
credit card or check payment has cleared. Please allow 1-3 days for shipping.
If paying by personal check or money order, your order will be shipped when
your check has cleared.
On occasion, if an “Out of Stock” condition exists, we will contact you either by email or telephone. We will give you the option to receive a refund for the out of stock item, or at our discretion, we may offer a substitution of equal or greater value.
